Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited university.
Licensure: Valid State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible to obtain before start date).
Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
State Department of Education Certification: Valid Department of Education SLP certification/credentials where applicable.
Experience: Prior experience working in a school district or pediatric clinical environment is highly preferred but not a must.
Skills: Strong understanding of IDEA guidelines, IEP software platforms, pediatric assessment tools, and effective communication skills with children and adults alike.
